Facing South [ S ]
- 1. From ready position [ N ] facing [ S ], simultaneously execute left front heel kick, left fist down block to protect groin, right side punch.
- 2. Turning to face [ E-1 ], execute left side kick with left punch, right fist up to guard face.
- 3. Place left foot down one step forward, [ assume right hidden foot ], execute left knife-hand to left side of head, simultaneously execute vertical fist punch with right fist. [ Ki-yap ]
Facing West [ W-1 ]
- 4. Turning to face [ W-1 ], slide right foot back to [ assume shaolin bow stance ], execute palm-heel center block with right hand, left hand assumes high block.
- 5. Assume ready position facing [ S ], execute right front heel kick, right fist down block to protect groin, left side punch.
- 6. Place right foot down one step forward, [ assume left hidden foot ], execute right knife-hand to right side of head, simultaneously execute vertical fist punch with left fist. [ ki-yap ].
Facing East [ E-1 ]
- 7. Turning to face [ E-1 ], slide left foot back to [ assume shaolin bow stance ], execute palm-heel center block with left hand, right hand assumes high block.
- 8. In same stance, execute right fist punch toward [ S ].
- 9. After punch, form a right claw and circle the arm clockwise, turning the palm up, immediately execute left back fist into palm of right hand. [ ki-yap ]
Facing South [ S ]
- 10. Facing [ S ], execute left high front kick.
- 11. Bring left knee back to firewall defensive position, placing left elbow on top of knee, right fist up to guard right side of body.
- 12. Immediately execute right pop-up roundhouse kick.
- 13. Place right leg down one step forward [ front stance ], execute right jab, left reverse punch. [ ki-yap ]
Facing West [ W-2 ]
- 14. Turning 270° to face [ W-2 ], execute [ in continuous motion ] left knife-hand high block,
- 15. slide step forward and to the left, 45° angle to outside of attacker's right leg, execute right back fist to right side of head, followed by left jab to ribs,
- 16. turning 180° counterclockwise to face [ E-2 ] grab right wrist, execute left elbow to left side of head. [ ki-yap ]
Facing East [ E-2 ]
- 17. Facing [ E-2 ], immediately step forward on right foot [ assume shaolin bow stance ], execute a double spear- hand to solar plexus,
- 18. followed by double reverse back fist to side of head,
- 19. slide step forward and to the left, 45° angle to outside of attacker's right leg, execute right elbow to right side of head. [ ki-yap ]
Facing North [ N ]
- 20. Execute a left side kick facing [ N ].
- 21. After kick, take left foot and stomp to left in horse stance, simultaneously execute left hammer fist block with a right reverse punch.
- 22. In a right walking stance, execute a high-low scissor block, closed fist, left high, right down.
- 23. Holding scissor block, execute left high front kick.
- 24. Placing left foot down one step forward, execute right reverse punch.
- 25. Change step [ jump up ½ inch ] from left front stance to right front stance, execute left reverse punch, followed by right jab. [ ki-yap ]
Facing East [ E-1 ]
- 26. Turn 270° left, facing [ E-1 ], execute a left inside to outside hammer fist block [ back stance ].
- 27. Take ½ step to left on left foot, execute right reverse punch.
- 28. Execute right rear leg front pushing kick. [ ki-yap ]
Facing West [ W-1 ]
- 29. Turning 180° to face [ W-1 ], execute step-behind side kick with right leg.
- 30. Placing right foot down one step forward [ front stance ], execute left reverse punch.
- 31. Change step [ jump up ½ inch ] from right front stance to left front stance, execute right reverse punch, followed by left jab. [ ki-yap ]
- Return to ready position
