Facing East [ E-1 ]

1.  From ready position [ N ] facing south, turn 90° to face [ E-1 ], execute X-high block, closed fist.
2.  Bringing fists to hips, execute right leg front kick. Placing right foot down one step forward [ assume shaolin bow stance, augmented front stance ], execute a reverse punch followed by jab, left then right [ ki-yap ]

Facing West [ W-1 ]

3.  Turning 180° facing [ W-1 ], execute X-high block, closed fist.
4.  Bringing fists to hips, execute left leg front kick. Placing left foot down one step forward [ assume shaolin bow stance, augmented front stance ], execute a reverse punch followed by jab, right then left [ ki-yap ]

Facing South [ S ]

5.  Turning 90° left facing [ S ], execute double fist down block [ back stance ]
6.  Take one step forward [ assume shaolin bow stance, augmented front stance ], execute palm-heel center block, closed fist, with vertical fist punch
7.  Take one step back on right foot executing a right front snap kick, simultaneously executing a left hammer fist.
8.  Immediately execute a right rear leg roundhouse. [ ki-yap ]

Facing North [ N ]

9.  Turning 180° facing [ N ], execute double knife-hand down block, right hand leading.
10.  Followed by step behind right leg side kick.
11.  Taking one step forward on left foot, [ assume right hidden foot ], execute double fist middle punch [ bring fist to chest, right over left, to execute punch ]
12.  Immediately followed by spinning back kick with right foot, followed by jab reverse punch, right then left [ ki-yap ]

Facing East [ E-1 ]

13.  Turning 270° facing [ E-1 ], execute double knife-hand down block, left hand leading.
14.  Followed by skip-in front kick, left foot.
15.  Shift weight to left leg, back stance, turning to face [ W-1 ], execute knife-hand middle block, right hand leading, immediately shift weight to right leg turning to face [ E-1 ], execute left knife-hand middle block, left hand leading.
16.  Take one step forward and execute inverted fist high punch with right fist, palm down [ ki-yap ]

Facing West [ W-1 ]

17.  Turning 180° facing [ W-1 ], execute double knife-hand down block, right hand leading.
18.  Followed by skip-in front kick, right foot.
19.  Shift weight to right foot, back stance, turning to face [ E-1 ], execute knife-hand middle block, left hand leading, immediately shift weight to left leg, turning to face [ W-1 ], execute knife-hand middle block, right hand leading.
20.  Take one step forward and execute inverted fist high punch with left fist, palm down [ ki-yap ]

Return to ready position
