Facing East [ E-1 ]

1.  From ready position [ N ] facing [ S ], turn 90° to face [ E-1 ], execute a left inside to outside middle block [ back stance ], followed by a right side kick, right front snap kick, right roundhouse kick [ do not let right foot touch down before executing all kicks ].
2.  After completion of roundhouse kick, bring right knee up high in front of chest [ firewall defense ], right fist resting on tip of knee, palm facing [ N ], left shoulder, left fist in guard position, elbow tight into left ribs, quickly, [ assume left hidden foot, placing left foot behind and to the right of right foot ], execute an inverted hammer fist strike to left side of head, palm up, follow through with hammer fist strike [ technique looks like right outside to inside middle forearm block ], left fist pulled back to hip.
3.  Followed by left spinning back fist to left side of head [ keep feet forward, body slightly turned to side, left front stance ].
4.  Change step from left front to right front [ jump up about ½ inch to make change ], execute 3 rapid punches, right jab, left reverse punch, right jab. [ ki-yap ]

Facing West [ W-1 ]

5.  Turning 180°, pivoting on left foot to face [ W-1 ], execute a right inside to outside middle block [ back stance ], followed by left side kick, left front snap kick, left roundhouse kick [ do not let left foot touch down before executing all kicks ].

Facing South East [ SE ]

9.  Turning 90° to face [ S ], sliding right foot in toward left [ ready position ] [ N ] facing [ S ], pivot 45° to face [ SE ], slide left foot out into back stance, execute double down knife-hand block, left hand leading, immediately slide left foot ½ step to the left [ front stance ], execute right reverse punch.
10.  Taking one step forward on right foot, execute double down knife-hand block, right hand leading, immediately slide right foot ½ step to the right [ front stance ], execute left reverse punch.
11.  Taking one step forward on left foot, execute left down block, followed by right reverse punch then left jab.
12.  Taking one step forward on right foot, execute right down block, followed by left reverse punch then right jab. [ ki-yap ]

Facing South [ S ]

13.  Turning 270°, pivoting on right foot to face [ S ], execute left forearm high block, followed by right foot axe kick [ contact with soul of foot ].
14.  Take one step backward on right foot, looking over right shoulder toward [ NE ], execute down palm-heel center block, right palm [ assume shaolin bow stance, augmented back stance ], shifting to a [ shaolin bow stance, augmented front stance ], execute right horizontal palm-heel center block, left vertical fist punch.
15.  Shfiting back to face [ S ] [ assume shaolin bow stance, augmented back stance ], execute high palm-heel center block, left palm in vertical position facing [ S ], shifting to a [ shaolin bow stance, augmented front stance ], execute left horizontal palm-heel center block, right vertical fist punch.
16.  Assume upright position, immediately execute a pop-up high right front kick. [ ki-yap ]

Facing West [ W-2 ]

17.  Turning 270°, pivoting on right foot to face [ W-2 ], execute hammer fist middle block, left fist leading, right at chest, palm up [ back stance ], sliding left foot ½ step to left [ front stance ], execute right reverse punch.
18.  Take one step forward on right foot, execute right down block, left reverse punch, followed by right outside to inside middle block, left reverse punch.
19.  Take one step forward on left foot, execute left outside to inside middle block, right reverse punch, followed by left down block, right reverse punch.
20.  Take one step forward on right foot, execute hammer fist middle block, right fist leading, left at chest, palm up [ back stance ], sliding right foot ½ step to right [ front stance ], execute left reverse punch. [ ki-yap ]

Facing East [ E-2 ]

21.  Turning 180°, pivoting on left foot to face [ E-2 ], execute hammer fist middle block, right fist leading, left at chest, palm up [ back stance ], sliding right foot ½ step to right [ front stance ], execute left reverse punch.
22.  Take one step forward on left foot, execute left outside to inside middle block, right reverse punch, followed by left down block, right reverse punch
23.  Take one step forward on right foot, execute right down block, left reverse punch, followed by right outside to inside middle block, left reverse punch.
24.  Take one step forward on left foot, execute hammer fist middle block, left fist leading, right at chest, palm up [ back stance ], sliding left foot ½ step to left [ front stance ], execute right reverse punch. [ ki-yap ]

Facing North West [ NW ]

25.  Turning 90° to face [ N ], sliding right foot in toward left [ ready position ], pivot 45° to face [ NW ], slide left foot out into back stance, execute high, low hammer fist block, left down, right up [ bring left fist to right shoulder, right fist to left hip, palms in, slowly execute block, when fists are almost in position, left down, right up, snap fists into hammer fist block ]
26.  Take one step forward on right foot, execute high right outside to inside crescent kick [ left hand touches soul of right foot ], followed by double fist C punch [ assume shaolin bow stance, augmented front stance ], left fist high punch, right fist middle punch.
27.  [ Assume left hidden foot ], execute right back fist to right side of head [ place left foot behind and to the right of right foot to assume left hidden foot ], left fist at hip
28.  Take one step back on right foot, execute left cross to face [ assume pigeon-toed stance ] followed by change step right jab [ right front stance ] [ ki-yap ]

Facing North [ N ]

29.  Turning 270°, pivoting on right foot to face [ N ], execute left forearm high block, followed by right foot axe kick [ contact with soul of foot ].
30.  Take one step backward on right foot, looking over right shoulder toward [ NW ], execute down palm-heel center block, right palm [ assume shaolin bow stance, augmented back stance ], holding palm-heel center block, execute left vertical fist punch [ assume shaolin bow stance, augmented front stance ].
31.  Shfiting back to face [ N ] [ assume shaolin bow stance, augmented back stance ], execute high palm-heel center block, left palm in vertical position facing [ N ], shifting palm-heel center block, palm in horizontal position, execute right vertical fist punch [ assume shaolin bow stance, augmented front stance ]
32.  Assume upright position, immediately execute a pop-up high right front kick. [ ki-yap ]
