Facing East [ E-1 ]
- 1. From ready position [ N ] facing [ S ], turn 90° to face [ E-1 ], execute left down block.
- 2. Followed by a rear leg high front kick. [ ki-yap ]
- 3. Immediately, execute a jump left front kick (right leg does not touch down before left kick is executed). [ ki-yap ]
Facing West [ W-1 ]
- 4. Turning 180°, pivoting on left foot to face [ W-1 ], execute right down block.
- 5. Followed by a rear leg high front kick.
- 6. Immediately, execute a jump right front kick (left leg does not touch down before right kick is executed). [ ki-yap ]
Facing South [ S ]
- 7. Turning 90° left to face [ S ], assume horse stance, picking up left foot and stomp down one step to the left, followed by double fist front punch (punches are shot from the hip). [ ki-yap ]
- 8. Take one step forward with left foot, execute left inside to outside hammer-fist block, palm down, followed by ½ step to left with left foot to execute reverse right punch.
- 9. Take one step forward and execute right down block.
- 10. Take one step forward, execute left down block.
- 11. Take one step forward, execute right inside to outside hammer-fist block, palm down, followed by ½ step to right with right foot to execute reverse left punch. [ ki-yap ]
Facing West [ W-2 ]
- 12. Turning 270° to face [ W-2 ], execute double knife-hand down block.
- 13. Take one step forward, execute a right middle knife-hand block, followed by a snapping right front kick followed by a back fist to right side of head. [ ki-yap ]
Facing East [ E-2 ]
- 14. Turn 180° to face [ E-2 ], execute right high block.
- 15. Taking one step back on right foot, execute left down block, followed by a left knife-hand attack to right side of head. [ ki-yap ]
Facing North [ N ]
- 16. Turning 90° left to face [ S ], assume horse stance, picking up right foot and stomp down one step to the right, followed by double fist front punch (punches are shot from the hip). [ ki-yap ]
- 17. Take one step forward and execute a high right front kick, followed by a left back kick.
- 18. Execute a step-behind left side kick, followed by a spinning crescent kick.
- 19. Placing right foot down one step forward, execute a jump left front kick, followed by a pop-up right front kick.
- 20. Once right foot touches down, execute a jab, reverse punch, right then left. [ ki-yap ]
Facing East [ E-1 ]
- 21. Turning 270°, pivoting on right foot to face [ E-1 ], execute a left high block, followed by a left down block.
- 22. Take one step forward on right foot, execute jab, reverse punch, right then left. [ ki-yap ]
Facing West [ W-1 ]
- 23. Turning 180°, pivoting on left foot to face [ W-1 ], execute inside to outside right hammer-fist block.
- 24. Take one step back with right foot, execute inside to outside left hammer-fist block; immediately take one step forward to execute jab, reverse punch, right then left. [ ki-yap ]
