Facing South [ S ]

1.  From ready position [ N ] facing south, execute over head back fist with left hand, simultaneously lift right leg to perform a right foot stamp to the right [ assuming horse-back stance ], right fist to chest, palm down.
2.  From horse-back stance, execute right inside to outside middle block.
3.  From horse-back stance, execute left inside to outside middle block.
4.  From horse-back stance, execute scissors block, right fist up, left down.
5.  From horse-back stance, execute scissors block, left fist up, right down.
6.  From horse-back stance, execute right outside to inside middle block.
7.  From horse-back stance, execute left outside to inside middle block.
8.  Take one step behind right with left foot [ assume shaolin bow stance, augmented back stance ], facing [ W-1 ], execute double knife-hand down block, right hand leading.
9.  Shift weight to right foot [ assume back stance ], facing [ E-1 ], execute knife hand middle block, left hand leading.
10.  Shift weight to left foot, [ assume back stance ], facing [ W-1 ], execute knife hand middle block, right hand leading.
11.  Take one step forward, execute double outside middle block, bring fists to chest, right over left, to execute block [ assume front stance ]
12.  From same position [ front stance ], execute jab, reverse punch, left then right. [ ki-yap ]
13.  Turning 90° to face [ S ], execute over head back fist with right hand, simultaneously lift left leg to perform a left foot stamp to the left [ assuming horse-back stance ], left fist to chest, palm down.
14.  From horse-back stance, execute high-low knife-hand scissor block, left palm up, right palm down.
15.  From horse-back stance, execute high-low knife-hand scissor block, right palm up, left palm down.
16.  From horse-back stance, execute jab, reverse punch, left then right.
17.  From horse-back stance, execute double fist push punch [ bringing both fists to chest, palms up, to execute punch ] [ ki-yap ]
18.  Take one step behind left foot with right [ assume shaolin bow stance ], facing [ E-1 ] execute double down knife-hand block.
19.  Shift weight to left foot [ assume back stance ], facing [ W-1 ], execute knife hand middle block, right hand leading.
20.  Shift weight to right foot, [ assume back stance ], facing [ E-1 ], execute knife hand middle block, left hand leading.
21.  Take one step forward, execute double outside middle block, bring fist to chest, right over left, to execute block [ assume front stance ]
22.  From same position [ front stance ], execute jab, reverse punch, right then left. [ ki-yap ]
23.  Turning 90° to face [ S ], execute right down block, simultaneously lift right leg to perform a right foot stamp to the right [ assuming horse-back stance ]
24.  Slide left foot in to ready position, take one side step toward [ W-1 ], execute double down block [ execute block from chest, right fist over left ]
25.  Shifting weight to left leg [ assume back stance ], facing [ W-1 ], execute high-low scissor block, right low, left high [ fists closed ]
26.  Shifting weight to right leg, [ assume back stance ], facing [ E-1 ] execute high-low scissor block, left low, right high [ fists closed ]

Return to ready position
