- 1. attacker executes a right punch: defender [ from relaxed position ] executes a hammer fist block with left fist; simultaneously execute right palm heel punch to chest.
- 2. immediately after left hammer fist block grab right wrist with left hand and
- 3. deliver two right front snap kicks to chest.
- 4. after two kicks hold right knee up in firewall position, immediately execute right knife hand strike to right side of neck.
- 5. with left hand, let go of wrist [ dropping right leg ] immediately execute left knife hand strike to right side of neck.
- 6. hold head down with left hand execute knee strike to face with right knee.
